(VIDEO) Keto Meal Recipe | Baked Salmon With Vegetables

Hello Viewers, welcome to the Robins HQ Kitchen.

Today we are going to share another keto friendly recipe with you. We will prepare a salmon meal today. Our target is to prepare a time saving and delicious recipe for you, so you can spend your precious time with your family instead of staying in the kitchen.

Let's Make your life easy and simple. Without further delay, let’s jump into the cooking.

First we are getting 2 salmon fillets 4-6 oz each, we will marinate the salmon with salt as needed, red chili powder half tsp, black pepper half tsp and lemon juice.

If you don’t like the salmon smell you are free to add more spices like ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder etc.

Preheat the oven to 425F for 10 min. Now get a baking pan. Brush some extra virgin olive oil in the pan. Place the marinated salmon on one side of the prepared pan.

Now in a medium bowl, add all the vegetables you’d like. We are getting some cauliflower and broccoli here. Add salt to taste and some black pepper. That’s it, now toss it into the empty side of the baking pan.

In 425F Bake about 12-15 min or until the salmon starts to flake. Remove pan from the oven and transfer salmon in the platter and cover it with a foil to stay warm.

Return vegetables into the oven and bake it another 10 minutes or until tender.

Serve vegetables with salmon and enjoy.
