(VIDEO) Keto Meatball With Tzatziki Sauce | Low Carb Lunch or Dinner Recipe

Today we are going to share an easy, flavorful and healthy keto friendly recipe with you. This recipe is full of nutritions. And I promise if you continue to follow our recipes, soon you will forget craving for carbs. Now let’s jump into the recipe.

First we will take some ground turkey, you can also use chicken instead. Then add all veggies, here you can be creative. Add any kind of keto friendly vegetable you or your family would prefer. In this video we are using chopped onion, chopped parsley, chopped scallions, chopped tomatoes, and also adding some lemon juice. Lemon will help combine all the flavors together.

Now Add 1/2 tea-spoon red chili powder, 1/2 tea-spoon coriander powder, 1/2 tea-spoon cumin powder and, also add salt to taste. 

Now mix it together and put it aside. Get a baking pan and brush some ghee or olive oil on the pan. We are using ghee here. Now grease  your hand with oil or ghee before you start making the meat balls. Get a small amount of previously made turkey and start making some meat balls. Place the meatballs into the pan.

For baking: Preheat your oven in 375 F for 10 mins.

Now Place the baking pan uncovered into the oven at 375 F for 12-15 min. While the turkey is cooking in the oven, let’s we prepare some topping to go with the dish. Today We are making tzatziki sauce.

To make this flavorful sauce:
We are going to Mince 1 garlic, and also we need to chop some cucumbers and put it aside.

Now get a bowl, add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, add minced garlic, add lemon juice, and salt to taste, now give it a good mix. ( this sauce can be made a day before serving)

Now right before you are serving add cucumber into the sauce. That's it. Our tzatziki sauce is ready to go with the dish.

After 15 minutes take the meatballs out from the oven. We are serving this meat ball with the rice, no no no! with  the cauliflower fried rice and tzatziki sauce.

Before you serve add some chopped parsley and scallions on the top. Now dive into it and enjoy.
